Meal 2: Oatmeal

Meal 3: Half of Buffalo chicken sanwich with pesto, lettuce, tomatoes, on wheat bread and an oatmeal raisin cookie

Meal 4: Same as the above plus an apple.

Meal 5: Peanut Butter, Pineapples, and an Apple

Meal 1: Oatmeal and Apple Juice

Meal 2: Gatorade and Peanuts at a tailgate

Meal 3: Chicken Breast and Chicken Sausage and Fondue

Meal 4: A couple of drinks at station 9 good times

Meal 5: Angus Burger and fries at McDonalds late night with Orange Drink.

Meal 1: Oatmeal with Jellof Rice and Chicken

Meal 2: 3 slices of pizza anfd half a chicken parmesan sub this was roughyl 6 hours after meal 1

Meal 3: Went to a Japanese Restaurant with the fam. Had shrimp steak, and steamed rice with soup and salad. Didn’t finish it took it home for lunch on Monday.

Meal 4: Orange Juice and Peanut Butter.

Meal 5: Water.

9/26 Meal Log

I had to wake up early and drop my peeps at the airport.

Meal 1: Had raisin bran cereal and milk

Meal 2/Meal 3/Meal4/ Meal 5: Didnt make lunch so went to don pollo got 4 white meat chicken and salad and rice and beans.  So I had 1/4 of the chicken and salad for Meal 2. Salad and chicken for meal 3. For Meal 4 I had the same thing, then Meal 5 I had right before the gym with the rice and beans.

Meal 6: I had mango fish and passed out.

I pooped after every other meal.

Exercise Log for 9/5

Went ont he elliptical did the Random workout. It goes up on down at various resistance for 35 minutes. Then 10 minutes on the stairmaster. I was soaked afterwards. Also weekly results will be posted soon.
