About Us

The goal of this site WAS to document Jim’s current lifestyle change from pud to stud. With the help of a former fatty(Tim) , Jim simply used a combination of diet and exercise in order to achieve his goal of losing 100lbs. Hopefully this site will not only provide inspiration for Jim to keep up with his transformation but also for anyone else who wishes to do the same.

Jim –

I am a 24 year old CPA ( I am by no means rich, but I won’t let you stop thinking that).  I started this site almost two years ago to document my weight loss. I wasnt always a fatty, in fact between the ages of zero to eight I was pretty normal sized. Then somewhere around the age of 9 I started wearing husky clothes, and from there it all went downhill. By the time I left college I was probably around 320 lbs, and at 5’11. I probably could have been a stunt double for the movie Precious.  However, once I graduated college I decided to challenge myself and lose the weight. i now currently fluctuate between 205 and 220 lbs depending on my weightlifting cycle.

Besides increasing my desirability to the opposite sex, and even to the same sex (long story) losing weight has made me more attentive at work, and improved my health and self confidence by a ton. I wake up every morning look at my six pack abs and feel good about myself and what I’ve accomplished. I hope this blog can provide some inspiration to you. I don’t take myself too seriously and this blog is all about helping people and having a good time.

Tim –

A self described “former fatty”,Tim enjoys helping others find the happiness that comes with living a healthy lifestyle. Tim is also a computer nerd(which helps explain his300lb years) so he thought it’d be a super keen idea to help Jim with this blog. Some of Tim’s other interests include college sports(go terps), the magical world of hip hop, and “The Sandlot”.
