Played about 5 Games of ball went 3-2. The first games didn’t play too well, the second game I played much better, had 3 straight baskets at one point finished with 4. For some reason my teammates thought it was a good idea to go away from their best player at the moment. We won that game then won the next 2. Played some asian kids and lost twice. They had great team chemistry can’t beat that. They always play together and they could all shoot and put the ball on the floor. One of the kids must have shot 90% from three point range.
Played about 6 hours of basketball. One of my favorite days, I got to run point gaurd, went like 7-2 over those hours. I have a ridiculous ability to get into the lane and find the open man and finish strong at the rim with the floater. I didnt even score that much, In one game I had like 10 assists. It was just so much fun to play that way. Needless to say I played with white folks.
Played like 5 games of ball, shot very well, In the first game I had 4 points all from three point range. The next game I scored a little less but had more boards and assists. Still not happy with the effort I am giving throughout the game. However, if I can keep shooting like I have the past couple of times Ive balled Ill be happy.
Played 4 games of basketball. The competition wasn’t too good. I had a couple of buckets mainly on jumpers and layups. Didnt rebound too well but I played strong defense. I probably should have given more effort but my overall energy level was just way down.
Played 4 games of ball went 3-1. Didnt score too well, rushed my shots. probably had 6 points over 4 games. Rebounded pretty well, had a couple of steals and a few assists, way too many turnovers. Great cardio workout though. I only wanted to play one game but we kept on iwnning so I stayed on. Definitely, a good workout. One thing that pisses me off is that people don’t know how to run the pick & roll anymore. It is quite annoying.

I did HIIT training.
- 5 minutes of warm up then 20 minutes of
- 1 minute walking at 15.0 incline and 3.5 speed,
- 1 minute of 15.0 incline and 7.0 speed.
- Cooled down for 5 minutes
Afterward, I walked at 15.0 incline for 5 minutes. I switched it up and went to 6.0 incline and 3.5 speed walking for 1 minute at rest and then 6.0 incline at 9.0 speed for a minute. I did this for 10 minutes. I finished with 45 minutes of cardio.

35 minutes incline walking on the treadmill at 16.0 incline and 3.5 speed. Did some sprints around the 22 and 25 minute mark. I feel like I intimidate people at the gym sometimes. I dont talk, I dont smile, I just get down to business and do workouts that most people dont do.
